Halcyon Deck

All venue hires at Project Halcyon require a minimum spend, a service charge of 12.5% will be applied to every purchase and will count towards the minimum spend. 10% of the agreed minimum spend will be required as a deposit for all hires.

This will be redeemed off the final bill on the day.

If the agreed minimum spend is not hit, then the outstanding amount will be charged as a room hire fee to make it up the balance . This will be invoiced after the event, with payment required within 7 days.

Project Halcyon can supply catering options upon request from our catering partner, this will not contribute towards your minimum spend.

Drink package options can be discussed on a personal basis.
